The earth is now crossing the comets orbital plane. We can see a very prominent neck-line structure. The field of view is 3.5 x 2.5 degrees The remote image was taken in Namibia with the FSQ 106/f-5 astrograph from Skygems. Total exposure time: 22 minutes. The recording was co-produced by Michael Jäger, Gerald Rhemann and Lukas Demetz.
