Messier 15 is a globular cluster in the constellation Pegasus. It was discovered by Jean-Dominique Maraldi in 1746 and included in Charles Messier's catalogue of comet-like objects 18 years later.
At an estimated age of 12500 million years, it is one of the oldest known globular clusters.

SUN TOTAL ECLIPSE WITH AN AIRPLANE TAKEN BY FILIPPO SILVESTRIN ON AUGUST 12, 2026 @ SPAIN
During the Total Solar Eclipse on August 12 2026 I captured a moment just as third contact approached the Diamond Ring effect framed by vivid solar prominences along the lunar limb By a stroke of incredible timing an airplane transited in front of the solar corona at the lower left portion of the frame.
