At the beginning of the new year we like to wish our customers, friends and partners good luck, health and a peaceful time. 2023 will be a very special year for our community: the Planetarium will celebrate its 100th anniversary. The introduction of the world's first projection planetarium on October 21, 1923, at the Deutsches Museum in Munich is considered the birth of the modern planetarium. The now called Model I was designed and built by Carl Zeiss Jena under the leadership of Walther Bauersfeld.
