Yesterday afternoon we suddenly decided to fly to La Palma for on day for this "once in a lifetime" event. Two hours later we were on the plane and four hours after that we witnessed this infernal rumble that simply cannot be compared to anything else. The videos and pictures don't really capture it. The experience will remain. HDR from 7 shots with Pentax 300mm on Pentax K1 Mark II.
