CIRCUMPOLAR SUR Taken by Gonzalo Javier Santile on August 11, 2021 @ Carlos Paz Argentina

Deep Space ( Espacio Profundo ) After starting the talks in July, it was time to obtain the permits to enter CONAE (National Commission for Space Research of Cordoba) as a guest, The agency develops satellite missions, participating in the design, construction, calibration, testing and launch of satellites. To comply with the execution of the National Space Plan of Argentina, CONAE has spatial information generated by satellites built and designed in Argentina, of which the Satellites de Aplicaciones Científicas (SAC) series stands out. In conjunction with the company INVAP of Bariloche (Sociedad del Estado) and associating itself mainly with the agency of the United States (NASA), it provides the satellite platform and most of the instruments of said satellites. Like one of the antennas (the one on the right is operational and making "passes", I left the camera shooting at 9:30 p.m. and removed it at 2 am, being able to capture 400 photos to set up the South circumpolar, despite the passing clouds I could get some decent traces, to shoot due to the brightness of the reflectors I had to take all the shots at iso 100 25 seconds each shot f 4, since the light tests burned the shot at higher isos, luckily I was able to reveal flawlessly true colors and trails. I thank the press people of Conae, Laura Zarrate and Juan Repetto for letting me enter the premises.
