Lübeck and Hamburg hosted the Nordic Planetarium Association meeting last weekend. Many thanks to the organizers, especially Ralph Heinsohn and Aase Roland Jacobsen, for a wonderful meeting. It is good to talk to each other again in person.
We were given the opportunity to install our new ASTERION Star Ball in the tilted, mobile 8 m dome of the meeting and present its fantastic starry sky to the meeting participants. It was the first opportunity to show ASTERION outside our factory dome in Jena. We were very happy to see a lot of applause and enthusiasm in the faces.
Although ASTERION is not a mobile system, setup, presentation and dismantling took place on the same day. The picture shows the projector directly after the setup in the dome of aiRstructures.
