Comet C/2020 F3 NEOWISE taken this morning on July 13th, 2020, exactly at 00:00 CEST. 21 pictures were stacked. For the first time I was able to detect the blue plasma or ion tail. This showed how important a dark sky is: While I was unable to take a photograph of the ion tail yesterday morning, today with excellent transparency and a dark sky in a field near Großdobritz, municipality of Niederau, Saxony. This confirms again how important a dark sky is. The comet is a magnificent object. You can't take your eyes off it, an unforgettable experience in my 11 x 80 binoculars! Canon EOS 6D, Canon EF 1.8/50 STM (3.2), ISO 2000, 3s per RAW
I like astronomy, archaeology, photography, music and drinking a lot of tea. I hate politics. Something that annoys me: that I shall not respect the permanence, and to take me by what I'm not. The best sign: VIRGO. The worst: the health. The best: adapt and know how to get ahead.
